Pankhuri Awasthy and Gautam Rode drop dreamy pictures from baby shower, reveal they are expecting twins

Soon-to-be parents Pankhuri Awasthy and Gautam Rode are over the moon ever since they announced they are expecting. Well, their happiness got doubled after they found out they are having twins. The couple recently hosted a dreamy shower and shared adorable pictures with the caption, "We made a wish and two came true. Double the love, double the joy, thank you everyone for being a part of our celebration, we’re so grateful #twins #babyshower #gratefulheart." For the intimate ceremony, Pankhuri kept her look minimal in a gorgeous golden-hued saree with a scallop border. A beautiful necklace, subtle makeup and soft curly tresses completed her look. While Gautam opted for a casual look in a green shirt and blue jeans. Pankhuri announced her pregnancy last month but it's only recently fans got to know that they are expecting twins. Speaking exclusively with ETimes, mom-to-be Pankhuri said, "Gautam wanted to keep the news about having twins private. He felt it is something that the family should know and therefore we did not share it with everyone. However, every time when someone asked me about my baby, I always felt like saying 'babies'.
