Television actress Dalljiet Kaur tied the knot with her beau Nikhil Patel in Mumbai on March 18, 2023. Dalljiet and Nikhil ditched the traditional red and twinned in ivory coloured ensembles during their wedding ceremony, which was attended by family members and close friends. Earlier, the actress shared candid pictures from her Mehendi and Haldi ceremony, which soon went viral. Dalljiet took to her Instagram and shared a loved-up picture with beau Nikhil and wrote, “🧿🧿🧿@niknpatel #DalNikTake2...” In an interview with ETimes, Dalljiet spoke about how her son Jaydon reacted to meeting Nikhil Patel. “Jaydon is quite mature for his age. I have dated before, and he would ask me if I was considering the guy for marriage. He has always yearned for a father, but I needed to be sure that I got him a good dad and myself a good husband because it’s a matter of our lives. However, when he met Nik for the first time a couple of months ago, he addressed him as papa on his own. I just froze thinking Nik kya sochega, as we hadn’t decided on marriage back then. Nik, without even batting an eyelid, started playing with him. That day when Jaydon met him, we just knew that we wanted to be together,” she said. Dalljiet Kaur was earlier married to actor and ‘Bigg Boss 16’ contestant Shalin Bhanot. They got separated after a few years of marriage and also have a son named Jaydon.
