​Bigg Boss 16: MC Stan beats Shiv Thakare and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary to take home the trophy, cash prize and car

Rapper, lyricist, music producer and composer MC Stan lifted the coveted ‘Bigg Boss 16’ trophy and walked home with thirty one lakh and eighty thousand rupees and a Hyundai Grand i10 Nios. While Shiv Thakare was announced as the first runner-up, the other finalists of the Salman Khan-hosted reality show were Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Shalin Bhanot and Archana Gautam. The grand finale was also attended by former contestants, who showcased their journey in the show. It was a star-studded affair with performances from all the Top 5 contestants. Comedian Bharti Singh also graced the reality finale to leave the audience in splits and Bollywood stars Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel joined Salman Khan on stage to talk about their film ‘Gadar 2.’ MC Stan came a long way from missing home and feeling like a misfit in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house. MC Stan proved that one need not have to fight or have a romantic angle to survive in the game. MC Stan was quite vocal about voicing his opinions even when it meant going against his closest friends in the show.
