At least two terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) were killed in an encounter in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir. The gunbattle between terrorists and security forces started in Mouchwa area of Budgam on Tuesday. According to the police, the bodies of two terrorists were recovered from the encounter site and search operations have been carried out for those who fled from there. Before the gunbattle started, a joint team of Srinagar Police, Budgam Police, and Army's 50 Rashtriya Rifles warned terrorists and asked them to surrender. As soon as the security personnel approached them, the terrorists opened fire indiscriminately. In retaliation, security forces gunned down two terrorists.
