A military exercise for civilians was conducted by the members of Ukraine's far-right movement Azov together with the National Corp in Kyiv and other parts of the country. The purpose of the training is to teach the civilians self-defence in case of Russian invasion. Hundreds of volunteers including teenagers and women participated in the military exercise under the slogan "Do not panic, get ready1". The initial training involved tactical maneuvers, as well as basic instructions on how to carry a weapon and draw a bead on enemy. Head of Azov battalion Maxim Zhorin told the group was conducting training because of the "absolute ineffective actions" of Ukraine's government. People from all walks of life were showed up for the training "I want to listen and see, to understand the events and get the firsthand information to know what to do in case of attack," said volunteer Olha Kurbatova.
