Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav said the alliance led by his party will emerge victorious in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls and will work to safeguard the rights and honour of the people of the state. Senior SP leader from Loni Islam Deen also said that Samajwadi Party will form the government with majority in the state. "People from all walks of life have fed up with BJP in Uttar Pradesh. Now, they want to hand over the responsibilty to Akhilesh Yadav as the Chief Minister." Islam Deen, who had accorded a warm welcome to Akhilesh Yadav in Loni during the election campaign, is a prominent face in the politics of western Uttar Pradesh. He played an important role in the victory of Tabassum Hasan from Kerana and Naresh Uttam Patel from Noorpur in previous elections. In the recently concluded state election, Islam Deen organised many programmes in support of SP-RLD candidate Madan Bhaiya. While talking to Times of India, Islam Deen said that BJP didn't fullfill its promises in last five years. So, people have decided to vote BJP out from power.
