Natwar Goyal, a well-known celebrity and social icon from Uttar Pradesh has proposed a short film on social awareness for underprivileged and deprived women and children. A surprising number of Bollywood celebs have endorsed the film's proposition. An IPS-turned-author named Brij Lal's book inspired Natwar Goyal's idea for the film about women's empowerment. Natwar Goyal is an Indian politician and Deputy President of the All India Vaish Federation (AIVF). He was the former state minister of Uttar Pradesh. Recently, Natwar Goyal had a casual meeting with Bollywood actor Sunny Deol on the set of Gadar 2 in Uttar Pradesh. They talked about the short film Mr Natwar Goyal is making on women's empowerment. Regarding social development, Natwar Goyal is pleased with the growth stage of Noida Film City. "Noida Film City will open up new employment opportunities for the youth and teenagers of the Vaish community.
