Janhvi, Kartik and Lakshya to star in Dostana 2

Dostana 2 is set to release in 2020, starring Kartik Aaryan, Janhvi Kapoor and Lakshya Lalwani in lead roles. It is a sequel to 2008’s romantic comedy starring Priyanka Chopra, John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan. Dostana was directed by Tarun Mansukhani, whereas, Collin DCunha directs Dostana 2. The shoot has already begun which is scheduled to last for approximately 22 days. In the movie, Janhvi and Karthik are siblings, while Lakshya and Karthik will be seen romancing in the movie. In one of the interviews, Janhvi said, "I am very excited about Dostana 2 at this time. The story of this film is very different and funny. I think the audience will also like it." Karan had shared a photo of Lakshya and tweeted, "Both happy and excited to introduce the new kid on the Dharma block!
