Aarti Olivia Dubey is a plus-sized model who encourages people worldwide to not fall for societal perceptions. She exhibits fashion just like any other supermodel without any inhibition. Aarti is proud of her cellulite, stretch marks and excessive weight. These setbacks don't come in her way when she has to dress up for herself and not others. However, her journey to this point has not been easy! As a kid, she used to admire her mother getting ready for an outing in fancy outfits and makeup of that era. Little did she know that it will not be the same for her, from a skinny 6-year-old to a chubby 10-year-old. At that time, she had limited clothing choices for that body. But Aarti continued to fit herself in straight-sized clothing, which only made her life hell. She never tried to consider that it's not her body that was a problem, but the society that never acknowledged bodies like her in a fashion magazine. Aarti realised in her 30s that she needs to look at herself with fresh eyes. She introduced herself as a plus-sized fashion model who wore fashionable clothes that blended with her body. She started a blog, 'Curves Become Her'—where she often pours her heart out to the world.
