Bella Hadid's spray-on Coperni dress at Paris Fashion Week 2022 is a hit on the internet, pictures will blow your mind

Amid the buzziest moment from Paris Fashion Week 2022, there is one show that became a fashion rage online. We are talking about Coperni's spring/summer 2023 show. Bella Hadid closed the French label's show with a white dress that was sprayed on her in front of a live audience. The iconic moment stunned the crowd. The American model was seen stepping out onto the runway, wearing only a bikini bottom before Manel Torres, the inventor of the spray-on fabric technology and two other scientists applied a misty liquid that transformed into a wearable material. For nearly ten minutes, the guests watched in awe as the team realised Coperni's design in real-time. For the final look, another team member walked on the runway and gently adjusted the neckline and cut a dramatic slit on the leg, while it was still drying. Hadid walked the ramp, to showcase the form-fitting dress. She later walked with Coperni designers Sebastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant to close the show. The pictures and videos went immensely viral on social media. Some fashion watchers compared Coperni's PFW's moment to Alexander McQueen's famous Spring 1999 show, where model Shalom Harlow, clad in a voluminous white dress, was sprayed with black and yellow paints by robots. Though different, both these moments are iconic in fashion history.
