It's Bollywood stars versus Indian Navy team on the football ground

On the eve of the 74th Republic Day 2023, a friendly football match was organised by Bombay Gym Khana Club between Indian Navy and the All Stars Football Club. The All-Stars team was led by Abhishek Bachchan while Navy XI was led by Vice Admiral Krishna Swaminathan. Aparshakti Khurana, Jim Sarbh, Aditya Seal, Vivian Dsena, Karan Wahi and Bunty Walia also participated in the match, which was held to raise awareness for the War Widow Hostel. The event was held at Bombay Gymkhana in Mumbai on January 25, 2023. Chief of Navy Vice Admiral AB Singh FOCINC WNC, who was the Chief Guest of the event, stated that the match was dedicated to the welfare of Veer Naris, spouses of naval personnel that sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. He emphasised that the Navy never forgets its own and will do everything possible to support the families of lost sailors while discharging their duties for the nation. The Navy Stars Football Team beats the All Stars Football Club by 3-1, in an exciting match that had plenty of high-spirited moments.
