Calcutta Club, Calcutta Swimming Club, Saturday Club and Tollygunge Club started the TICCT (Tollygunge Inter-Club Challenge Trophy) Championship in the year 1974. This year under-17 swimming competition took place at Tolly Club in Kolkata which saw a huge number of participants.
