IHA Foundation organised a special evening, on the occasion and honour of the ex-IAS officer Sardar Saran Singh's 95th birthday at his Alipore residence in Kolkata. In attendance were leading members of the city’s Sikh community along with a few IAS officers, who are currently serving in and around Bengal.
