The Rabindra Bharati Society organised a three-day programme to commemorate Rabindranath Tagore’s birth anniversary at the Jorasanko Thakurbari in Kolkata. The event had classical dance and music performances apart from recitation by several artistes. Personalities like Asim Bandyopadhyay, Sukhendu Sekhar Roy, Sujit Kumar Basu and Siddharth Mukhopadhyay graced the occasion. The speeches of the dignitaries were followed by a Rabindrasangeet and poetry session.
