The Eastern Naval Command, West Bengal hosted a party, which was attended by retired navy officials, diplomats and politicians. The party was organsied to celebrate the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971, when the Indian Navy launched a bold attack on Pakistan’s Karachi naval base.
