Pandita Anuradha Pal, who is the first professional female tabla player in the world, left the audience completely spellbound with a breathtaking display of sheer mastery over the tabla at a city hotel. Accompanied by her student Tushar Raturi on the keyboard, the show got under way with a ‘jugalbandi with herself’ where she spoke about her traditional and modern self.
