Bengaluru, which has made a reputation for itself as a fitness city, recently witnessed a fitness party at a Kormangala restobar. The day saw hundreds of fitness enthusiasts sweat it out in three fun workout sessions — yoga, functional training and stretching dance with certified instructors — and also make new friends in the process. The tired participants then rejuvenated themselves by snacking on wholesome healthy food and detox juices.
