‘Harry Potter’ fame Padma Patil aka Afshan Azad announces pregnancy with adorable pictures

Actress Afshan Azad, who got worldwide fame after playing the role of Indian girl Padma Patil in the blockbuster ‘Harry Potter’ films, announced her pregnancy on social media handle. The actress is expecting her first child with husband Nabil Kazi. She shared the big news on social media with two adorable pictures from her pregnancy shoot. Wearing a seafoam coloured gown, Afshan embraced her baby bump standing in a floral orchard background. In the caption of the image, the actress and model wrote, “The secrets out everyone - I’m going to be a mummy!!! 😭🥰 Thanking Allah SWT for gifting us our biggest blessing yet 🤲🏽✨ Baby Kazi due this July inshAllah. Both our hearts are filled with love, excitement and nerves! Not long to go, please keep us all in your prayers.🤍 #PregnancyAnnouncement #GodsGift #Baby #BabyKazi #Kazad #2021Baby.” Afshan revealed that “baby Kazi” is due in July, 2021. In another solo pic, she expressed gratitude towards all the love coming her way. She wrote, “Thank you to everyone for your kind comments and well wishes. We were so overwhelmed with everyone’s positivity and love yesterday. Baby Kazi is already so so loved. Ps prepare for a major bump photo-dump over the next few days/weeks. Sorry not sorry ” The post invited several wishes and many among them were from her former co-actors of the Harry Potter franchise. Actor Stanislav Ianevski who played Viktor Krum in Harry Potter and Goblet of Fire commented on Afshan’s post and wrote, “congratulations to you both. Be blessed.” Evanna Lynch, who played Luna Lovegood in the film, also gave her warm wishes and commented, “Awww congratulations Afshan, you’re going to be amazing parents!!” Bonnie Wright, who played Ginny Weasley commented, “So excited!!!!!! baby kazi has the best parents.” Chris Rankin aka Percy of the Weasley family, commented, “Woohooo!!!!!!!! Big love to ya xxxxxxxx”. Actor Devon Murray, who played Seamus Finnigan in the film, commented, “Congratulations guys. I’m so happy and excited for you both.
