German singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles, Kim Petras said in one of her interviews, "Some people think that if you’re a transgender artist, that’s all you can do and all your messaging should be about, but I write about human emotions, human feelings. And I think everyone can relate to that.”

Kim Petras is an independent artist under her own imprint, BunHead Records, before signing with Amigo and Republic Records in 2021. She released her third album, which was her major-label debut.

From the age of two, Kim knew she was a girl. By the age of thirteen, she appeared on a German television current affairs show in which she discussed her medical gender transition. At fourteen, Petras appeared in a documentary and a talk show to get permission for early sex reassignment surgery at age sixteen, as Germany's earlier minimum age was eighteen.

Isis King is an American fashion designer, model and actress. She was widely known for her role on the eleventh and seventeenth cycles of the reality television show 'America's Next Top Model.'

Isis King was the first trans woman to compete on the show 'America's Next Top Model,' and became one of the most visible transgender people on television.

Isis King prefers the phrase "born in the wrong body." She came out as gay in high school but later felt that it was not an accurate label for her.

King moved to New York to initiate the transition from male to female but couldn't afford the rent, so she moved into the Ali Forney Center for homeless LGBTQ youth. Despite her family's disapproval, she began hormone replacement therapy in the summer of 2007, as part of her transitioning process, and then had a gender reassignment surgery in 2009.

Isis has an associate degree in design and illustration from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Also, she is a motivational speaker and shares her experiences with schools across the country.
