After the news came out about Robert Pattinson will be the new 'The Batman', some DC comics fans didn't take it too well. While the others, especially female fans, are excited to see him in a new major avatar after the Twilight Saga. Post the trailer of 'The Batman' dropped online there has been an ecstatic reaction by fans all over the world. Apparently, fans and meme-makers couldn't help but draw hilarious comparisons between his role as Bruce Wayne aka Batman and this famous character from 'Twilight'. DC released the first trailer for 'The Batman' starring Robert Pattinson during DC's FanDome stream on Aug 22, 2020. The movie, the first in a trilogy directed by Matt Reeves, is scheduled for release in October 2021. In the trailer, fans finally got a peek at Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, Colin Farrell as Batman's nemesis, Penguin and the infamous Batmobile. But, the focus is mainly on R-Patz's Batman.
