Mrunal Thakur's versatile fashion journey at Cannes 2023 leaves everlasting impression, see pictures

Mrunal Thakur, who finally made her Cannes debut this year has been acing all the looks, back-to-back. Not only she introduced the best of India but also the best of trends to the prestigious film festival. Her Cannes red carpet debut was worth the wait as she was dressed in a custom-made white gown by designer duo Falguni Shane Peacock. The actress wowed in a voluminous gown that featured a form-fitting silhouette with large ruffles on the front and cutouts on the side that make for a red-carpet entry worthy of a fashion milestone. The ensemble also had a long sheer train with Falguni Shane Peacock's signature plush feathers on the hem. Before this, her hooded outfit ruled the social media timeline. She picked a two-piece set designed by Anamika Khanna that contained embroidered patterns and a hood stemming out of the waist of the skirt all the way to the top. Mrunal even gave Cannes the much-needed desi touch in a shimmery silver saree gown designed by Falguni Shane Peacock. For the pre-Cannes shoot, the 'Sita Ramam' star opted for an all-black ensemble that featured a swimsuit, teamed with sheer lace leggings and a sequin jacket.
